At Diamond Sneakers, we comply fully with the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations . This page explains your rights and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Right to Cancel – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are purchasing from within the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused,

  • With original tags and packaging,

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, the fastest method is:

  2. Once accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
