  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or import fees charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

  • The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs fees.

  • Failure to pay import fees may result in return or destruction of goods — no refund can be issued in such cases.


8. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Missed deliveries due to absence of recipient

  • Unclaimed packages returned to us

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be charged for re-shipping.
